Co-Founder
Born in Uruguay and as a founder and Creative Director, Fabiola embodies the rare type of entrepreneur who thinks with both the eye of an artist and the clear mind of a strategist. Her career cannot be reduced to a single discipline: she is a visual artist and professional photographer, a project developer and business manager, and a thinker at the intersection of aesthetics and real estate development. What connects all these roles is a deep, almost philosophical conviction—that space, design, and experience are directly linked to the quality of human life.
Karina Gebert
Co-Founder
Born in Germany, Karina is an entrepreneur and strategic leader with experiences in business consulting, sales, real estate, and business management. Fluent in German, English and currently learning Spanish, her strength lies in building meaningful relationships, identifying opportunities, and creating structures that turn ideas into sustainable business growth. Combining strategic thinking with strong communication and a people-centered approach, Karina connects clients, partners, and organizations while developing clear frameworks that drive performance, trust, and long-term success.
